I used aluminum angels fastened to the roof trusses to support the cyclone. I found the rubber isolators at an appliance parts supplier, cut some straps, and put turn buckles on them so I could level it...

The ductwork is 6 in. pvc ASTM D2729 sewer and drain pipe and for the cyclone inlet, I had a piece welded in segments to get the correct angle and to fit under the top plate of the wall....

The dust bin is a Behrens 30 gal. trash can that I cut off about a 5" section of the bottom so it would fit under the cyclone when it was installed inside the shop....

I use a trash bag in the bin that is held in place with the ‘Lawson Easy Bagger’ form Ace Hardware, a vinyl sheet that unrolls inside the plastic trash bag, and hold the top of the bag in place with some binder clips....

The CP688 photocell has no built-in time delay and will give me a false indication when it is a couple inches below the sensor due to the dust circulation and will then go out when the dust settles....

Bin out from under the lid, no mess, worked good. I pushed the dust in away from the edge and binder clips and pulled up the bag as shown in the next photo.

A little dust slipped passed the bag. I just dumped it in my compost pile a few feet away. I cleaned the Plexiglas tube, installed a new bag and ready to go again.

As I mentioned in photo C3, the Sheldon airfoil impeller is not self cleaning so when I clean it, I tape a transition to the dust chute and attach the hose to my shop vac....
